However, Ive discovered that the internal SATA RAID controller, an Adaptec 2610SA, doesnt seem to have a driver for 2008, or 2012.Ive tried using the Windows 2003 x64 driver both from HP and from Adaptec, but neither 2008 or 2012 will recognize the array with that driver.But, the ISOs (in all flavors) no longer seem to be available from the MS VLSC site, though I certainly have valid keys for it.

I think Ive tried one of the other Trial version, but these image files youre pointing at are different, so Ill try them. Linux isnt something we deal with much at all in our shop, or any of the shops we interact with. However, the processors arent supported under 6.0.and I tried checking compatibility all the way back to 3.0, and the closest I could get was that I could use VMWare on an HP Proliant ML150 Gen4. As were not a Linux shop, itll likely end up as a place to deposit files for storage, since I doubt anyone will be interested in getting into the nuts and bolts of it. Ive got some junior guys who could use the exposure to a test environment that included those, even on older hardware.
